By ordering a commission, you agree to my Terms of Service.🏵 GENERAL
◆ I reserve the right to decline commission that I am uncomfortable with doing it, or an unable to do it for whatever reason.
◆ Please take into account my do's and dont's. -
◆ I’m allowed to post the commissioned artwork on my social media or as art samples in my portfolio (with credits) unless specified by the client to keep the commission private.
◆ All commissions I complete belong to me and are digital copies only. No physical items will be shipped.
◆ Commission files will be delivered through a Vgen, please don't forget to download your commission at the end.
◆ My TOS can change or update, if your commission has been accepted before the change, then your commission will not be affected.
◆ I'm not responsible if the client has not or did not read the terms of my service.🏵 PAYMENTS◆ Payment is processed via VGen, Paypal or Ko-fi before I start any work.
◆ I ask for payment after you approve the sketch, I will not continue the commission until payment is received
◆ Payment plans are accepted! Max time is 1 month, and you can choose how much you pay per payment.🏵 REVISIONS◆ During the sketch phase,feel free to make requests up but don't abuse it.
◆ Once After the validation of the sketch and the completed commission has been sent, i will only allow minor tweaks (ex: eye color change, small details, oversight.)
Only one response will be accepted; after that, it's too late, so take the time to review the final version before submitting your request.🏵 DEADLINES AND DELIVERY◆ Commissions are first come first serve! If you need your commission done by a deadline please let me know.feel free to check my waiting list.◆ Commissions are generally done within 2 months maximum after payment is received unless discussed otherwise. I will inform you if it will be delayed if something unexpected has happened.🏵 USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS◆ Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use.
◆ Commercial usage must be discussed beforehand.
◆ Do not modify or claim the work as your own.
◆ If post the order on social networks,credit me properly
◆ Commercial usage will include, but not limited to: use of the art in Twitch streams, monetized YouTube videos, merchandise,overlay , panels... but ask and credit me.
◆ You're allowed to make minor edits to your commission (i.e. adding text, adjusting brightness, hue, or saturation), however, recoloring or redrawing on top of the commission is prohibited.
◆ Strictly no reprinting or reselling of my artwork for commercial use.
◆ Any copy or theft of my works will have consequences.
◆ Any blockchain-related technology (NFTs or Cryptocurrency) stuff use is strictly prohibited
◆ AI use is strictly prohibited. If you see my art being used to train any AI generators (GROK, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney etc..), notify me immediately and report it.
◆ If you see my artwork being used for malicious intent (i.e. hate speech or propaganda), notify me immediately and report it. I do not allow my art to be used for any harmful means.
◆ Tracing is strictly prohibited.🏵 REFUNDS◆ Once I send the sketch of your commission and you approve it, i will not be accepting refunds.
◆ Non-refundable except If I’m unable to deliver the commission🏵 COMMUNICATION◆ I will try to contact you consistently throughout each phase of the commission for checking.
◆ You can contact me any time to check in on the progress of your commission, but refrain from sending reminders every day. Keep it between 2-3 days before sending another.
◆ If any personal matters conflict with the expected turnaround time, I’ll notify you immediately!◆ Communication can be done through either:
